Softwalls® is an extruded polymer track system that applies easily to any wall or ceiling. It's fabric retention channels support virtually any fabric selected by the designer. Core materials can be installed behind the fabric to provide a tackable or acoustical surface. This product is specified as often for its unique acoustical capabilities as it is for its ability to eliminate risks in the use of delicate or patterned textiles. Softwalls® is available in standard 1/2, 1 and 2 inch depths. Other specialty system depths are available on an individual job basis. The standard edge conditions are bevel, radius, square, and welted. Specialty midwall conditions are also available in the form of integrated reveals. Reveals are available in standard widths and edge conditions offering the designer a dramatic styling tool. These reveal cavities are available as recessed, flushed or raised conditions and have been engineered to accept the Softwalls® System 3000 Low Voltage Light System. Reveal finishes can consist of paint, wood, metal and other specialty materials. The Softwalls® system, being site fabricated, accommodates all normal construction irregularities.
